- We provide a full refund if you buy any of our courses and cancel your purchase before any course material or links have been sent to you (before the course starts) .We will provide a full refund minus a £30 admin fee
- We do not provide any refunds once you have received any course material or course links (once the course has started)
- We only provide refunds for the combo course only for students who are unsuccessful in the June or September exam
- Refunds will be in relation to the individual paper failed. For example;
- If you fail paper 1 (calculations) Only, you will get a refund of £50
- If you fail paper 2 (Clinical) Only, you will get a refund of £349
- If you fail both papers (paper 1 and paper 2) , you will get a full refund £399
- All refunds must be requested within 2 weeks of receipt of the GPhC examination results.
- We will need a copy of the original GPhC Results email to confirm your results. If you fail to provide this evidence, we will not provide a refund
- All refunds must be requested within 2 weeks of the GPhC Results. Requests made after the 2 weeks period will not be eligible for refunds.
